Financial Update: We are currently receiving $5,000 per month in support. After having been to SIM USA, we need to raise an additional $1,800 per month. The key factors in the increase are:
- Growing family - the last time we were raising support, we had only one child. Not only do we have more kids now (3), but they are quickly becoming school aged. Much of the needed support will cover upcoming school fees.
- Travel Expenses - we are now purchasing airfare for four people and a "lap child." The next time we come home to the USA in Summer 2019, we will have to buy five tickets.
- Insurance costs - as our family has grown, our insurance costs have gone up, too.

Travel Update: We thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to Charlotte, NC. We had very good time at SIM USA HQ, then with family, and stopped in VA and PA on the way home to NY.
